In modern Chinese,orientation compound words belong to a small class of locational words,which are composed of two simple locational root words and used to express spatial position relations.In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,learners in the primary stage can be involved in the knowledge points of orientation compound words and easy to produce errors in use,so it is necessary to study the use of orientation compound words in the primary stage of Chinese learners.Moreover,not only with orientation compound word in Chinese,Thai,also has a bearing in the compound,but the semantic scope and using situation,this paper mainly on the language transfer theory,the theory of cognitive linguistics and second language acquisition theory as the foundation,use the corpus and questionnaire to study error in terms of Thai elementary Chinese learners using orientation compound words,and to provide help for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.After the collation and induction of a large number of literatures,there are various types of positional compound words,and the types and causes of errors in the actual teaching are also different.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the errors of positional compound words among primary Chinese learners in Thailand,and puts forward teaching suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts in total.Firstly,the origin,the purpose and significance,the method and corpus source,and the present status.Secondly,the comparative study of Hantai orientation compound word is conducted to provide the basis of ontological knowledge for the later study of orientation compound word.Then,we analyzed the teaching status of learning Chinese orientation compound words by Thai junior Chinese learners,understood the basic situation of Thai students learning orientation compound words,and collected and arranged the corpus through corpus retrieval method and questionnaire survey method.Next,the collected corpus was analyzed in detail by error analysis and contrastive analysis,to summarize the types and causes of error.Finally,according to the types and causes of error,effective teaching measures are put forward to provide reference for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. |
