In the 14th Five-Year Plan and the outline of the vision and Goals for 2035,it is clearly proposed to further strengthen the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.The protection of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for continuing the historical lifeline of Chinese traditional culture,enhancing cultural confidence and building a strong socialist culture.The protection of intangible cultural heritage needs to strengthen the living conditions of intangible cultural heritage,improve the inheritance level of intangible cultural heritage,so as to promote the great development and prosperity of culture and enhance the soft power of national culture.However,with the progress of science and technology and the influence of foreign cultures,the living environment of intangible cultural heritage has been severely challenged.The influence of intangible cultural heritage is declining and it is difficult to carry out its inheritance.Therefore,the protection of intangible cultural heritage is extremely urgent.Based on the theory of multiple work and coordination under the guidance of governance theory,using literature analysis,case analysis,interview method and questionnaire survey research methods,selection of Yang has been twisted placenta porcelain the non-material cultural heritage group as an example,summarizes the current program been twisted placenta porcelain representative heritage protection unit,representative enterprises,the development of people and social cooperation and the specific results,The problems existing in the current protection work are deeply analyzed: insufficient supply force of protection units,lack of industrial agglomeration effect,insufficient reserve force of inheritors,absence of social organizations and insufficient local public participation.Through analysis,it is concluded that the causes of these problems are as follows: insufficient self-construction of multiple subjects,unsmooth participation mechanism,lack of institutional support,weak participation consciousness of various subjects and lack of supervision mechanism.Based on this,this paper draws lessons from the experience and enlightenment of intangible cultural heritage protection at home and abroad,and puts forward some corresponding optimization strategies: the government plays a leading role and coordinates the participation of multiple subjects;Inheritors stick to cultural inheritance and constantly innovate skills and abilities;Using market incentive mechanism to effectively develop cross-border integration;Fully integrate social forces to promote the publicity of intangible cultural heritage protection;We will enhance the public’s ability to participate and establish a nationwide oversight mechanism. |
