The long history and unique culture of Manchu provide a congenital advantage for the literary creation of Manchu female writers.Although the growth environment and cultural atmosphere of Manchu female writers in the new period have changed a lot compared with the ancestors of Manchu,their spiritual culture and ethnic brand in their bones have not gradually faded with the passage of time.In addition to the introduction part,this paper analyzes the prose creation of Manchu female writers since the new period from the historical and cultural background of Manchu,subject identity,spiritual direction,cultural implication,reflection of five chapters,and summarizes the core points,on this basis,further reflection on the development of contemporary prose,minority literature,and female literature.The first part of this paper expounds the relationship between Manchu history and culture and the prose creation of Manchu female writers since the new period.The Manchu ethnic group has unique historical and cultural characteristics.The special growing environment and living mode of the Manchu ancestors have created the distinctive character and aesthetic experience of the Manchu ethnic group,which has been fully displayed in the literary works.The history a nd culture of Manchu are closely related to the literary creation of Manchu female writers since the new period.The primitive natural environment has shaped the inner spiritual character of Manchu,the White Mountains and the black waters have nurtured their natural and free temperament,and the extremely cold place has created their reverence for the ecology.At the same time,Manchu’s history and culture have been developing and changing under the influence of social reality.As time goes by,the social and cultural environment has influenced Manchu’s external artistic pursuit.The Eight Flags system and the customs of storytelling have made their literary creation more ethnic and formed their unique artistic pursuit.The second part of this paper,starting from the main identity of Manchu female writers,analyzes the ethnic identity and social mission of contemporary Manchu female writers’ prose creation,further discusses the influence of traditional ethnic culture on Manchu literary creation,and perceives the unique delicacy and tenderness of women.The multiple influences of ethnic identity and gender identity have formed the uniqueness and richness of its literary dimension.Manchu female writers objectively express the pursuit of women through prose writing,draw the spiritual map of women,and expand the vision of ethnic culture.The third part of this paper mainly discusses the spiritual orientation of Manchu female writers’ prose creation since the new period,including three chapters of traditional ethnic spirit,ethnic root seeking complex and historical continuation of compassion.The special ethnic belief and the ancient way of living have shaped the traditional spirit of Manchu people.Although today’s Manchu people have long been far away from the ancient way of living,primitive religious belief is no longer the most distinctive surface cultural imprint of this ethnic group,but the long-formed ethnic spirit has never disappeared in the ideological activities of Manchu people.The ethnic traditional spiritual concept of reverence for the sublimity of nature and respect for the equality of life has been continued up to now,which is reflected in the prose creation of contemporary Manchu female writers.The long history of Manchu and the endangered situation of Manchu culture have prompted Manchu female writers in the new period to embark on a journey of searching for ethnic roots,mainly including the historical and cultural roots under the accumulation of Manchu life and the spiritual roots under the endangered situation of Manchu culture.The tortuous experience and sad ending of Manchu made this ethnic group have a kind of pity,which has been continued up to now.In the new period,Manchu female writers have turned it into the interrogation of women’s pain and the love for the young generation.The fourth part of this thesis mainly discusses the cultural implication of Manchu female writers’ prose creation since the new period,from the two perspectives of the conscious acceptance of traditional culture and women’s lack of hometown.First of all,most Manchu female writers since the new period grew up in the Han culture circle,deeply influenced by the traditional C hinese culture.They hold a dialectical attitude towards traditional culture,absorbing the essence and criticizing the dross.Secondly,the situation and reality of women become their focus topic.The consciousness of female identity gives them a natural right to speak on this phenomenon.They point out the practical problems of women bluntly,and put forward their own suggestions and opinions rationally and objectively,advocating that every woman should have a room of her own.The fifth part of this thesis reflects on the prose creation of Manchu female writers since the new period.From the aspect of literary genre,this paper discusses the development and innovation of Manchu female writers’ prose creation on traditional prose in the new period,reflects on the shortcomings of Manchu female writers’ prose creation in the new period,compares it with the May Fourth Period,which is the peak of prose development,and further explores the development space of Manchu female writers’ prose creation in the contemporary era.From the level of cultural field,this paper explains the trend of ethnic minority literature creation under the collision of multiple cultural perspectives. |
