| Wedding ceremony is one of the most important life rituals and an important part of an individual’s life course.Wedding ceremony has an irreplaceable role in the daily life of the people in Sangzhuzi District,as it is a complete cultural structure with distinct regional and ethnic characteristics.The complete wedding ceremony process contains a deeply Religious culture connotation,reflecting the religious beliefs of the people of Sangzhuzi District.In this paper,through field research of the wedding ceremony in Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District,discusses the religious symbols and their connatations in the wedding ceremony in Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District,Analyze the religoius and cultural characteristics and ritual functions reflected in the wedding ceremony,and points out the changes that have occurred in the wedding ceremony in in Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District,using the disciplinary theories of religious studies and anthropology.This thesis is divided into four parts.Firstly,the introduction section mainly explains the background and significance of the topic selection related to this study,summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign research,as well as the methodological theory and ideas used in this study,and explains the field sites.Secondly,in the content of the first chapter,the marriage forms included in Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District are described,and the process of wedding ceremony of Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District is described more comprehensively on the basis of field research.In the second chapter,combined with actual wedding ceremony in Naer Township,using the knowledge of religion and anthropology,the religious symbols and cultural connotations of the wedding ceremony in Naer Township,Sangzhuzi District are discussed.Moreover,its religious and cultural characteristics are analyzed.In the third chapter,analyzes the social function of the wedding ceremony in Sangzhuzi District.Furthermore,introduces the changes in Sangzhuzi district in recent years in terms of ritual process and concepts. |
