| TPACK framework of integrated technology includes three elements of knowledge,namely,subject content knowledge(CK),teaching method knowledge(PK)and technical knowledge(TK).The cross-integration of essential knowledge produces subject teaching knowledge(PCK),subject content knowledge of integrated technology(TCK)and teaching method knowledge of integrated technology(TPK).TPACK is a complex knowledge structure,and it is a necessary knowledge system for teachers to carry out effective teaching and realize the deep integration of information technology and teaching knowledge.The rise of online teaching makes international novice Chinese teachers think about how to use information technology to present knowledge and help students learn and solve problems in online teaching situations.TPACK knowledge framework can provide effective strategies for teachers to deal with the teaching problems of integrated technology.In this paper,the methods of in-depth interviews,case analysis and observation are adopted,and 15 new international Chinese teachers are interviewed.The word frequency statistics of 15 interview materials are made by using NVIVO 12 Plus software,and the specific cases of the three teachers with the highest word frequency count are selected.This paper analyzes the behavior of three teachers’ explicit knowledge generation in teaching in specific cases,and finds out the path for novice international Chinese teachers to learn TPACK component knowledge.It is found that the online situation creates an environment for the international novice Chinese teachers to learn online,and the international novice Chinese teachers learn knowledge through sharing,collaboration and training.On the basis of learning,they link and integrate with the tacit knowledge of the international novice Chinese teachers to construct TPCK component knowledge and improve the teachers’ TPACK level.This paper points out that the development of TPACK,a new international Chinese teacher,is characterized by complexity and diversity.In order to effectively promote the development of T-pack for international novice Chinese teachers,it is necessary to strengthen the learning and integration of T-pack components,build the concept of T-pack integration,and train international novice Chinese teachers in information technology.Starting from the actual needs in the field of international Chinese education,we should establish an integrated support system of resource sharing,cooperation and mutual assistance and skill training... |
