Research On The "New Alienation" Problem In The Era Of Artificial Intelligence

Development has always been a timeless theme for humanity.With the arrival of Industry 4.0,it has brought human society into new areas of intelligent technology,life sciences,energy technology,and other fields,greatly changing the way people live and survive.Science and technology have advanced to the advanced form of artificial intelligence,which not only enables humans to control their internal world but also has the ability to design brains and reshape life.Nevertheless,humans still need to face Shakespeare’s classic proposition of "survival or destruction." The development of artificial intelligence has brought "destructive" alienation effects to some industries and individuals,and humans must face such new alienation to achieve better "survival." This article focuses on the phenomenon of "new alienation" brought about by the development of artificial intelligence,and observes how it is generated under existing historical and realistic conditions,its manifestations,and how to deal with the challenges of new alienation.This article will explore the three questions of "the generation of new alienation-the manifestation of new alienation-the rejection of new alienation." The author believes that the generation mechanism of new alienation in the era of artificial intelligence is determined by four factors.First,the background of the large-scale development of artificial intelligence.Second,the intelligent and data-based production factors,where data and technology have become the "new gold" of contemporary economic development,and the intelligent level of labor has increased,and new forms of collaborative division of labor have emerged under the influence of artificial intelligence.Third,artificial intelligence influences changes in the ownership relationship of production materials,the subject relationship in production activities,and the distribution relationship of labor products in production relations.Fourth,the capitalist application of artificial intelligence technology under the logic of capital.The changes brought about by these four factors determine that "new alienation" in the era of artificial intelligence is manifested as "reverse slaughtering" of intelligent results,"invisible squeezing" of labor processes,and "intelligent gap" of distribution differences.Specifically,under the background of social intelligence-based large-scale production,intelligent results as the result of production and the starting point of consumption form a "reverse slaughtering" of people in the process of capital pursuit,mainly manifested as consumer alienation,the inversion of the subject-object relationship,and individual spiritual loss.Meanwhile,the capitalist application of artificial intelligence technology has changed the labor time and space of laborers who participate in production,and some workers have gradually been excluded and abandoned from production activities.In addition,the distribution differences caused by intelligent technology have formed a global "intelligence gap," which results in individual differences in survival experiences and global intelligence imbalance.In response to the manifestations of new alienation,the article proposes to take human liberation as the value direction,find the basic principles and practical paths for rejecting new alienation,and achieve human free and comprehensive development.
