Psychoanalytic aesthetics is the most influential Western modern aesthetic genre in the 20 th century and occupies an important position in the history of Western aesthetics.Jung revised and supplemented Freud’s theory of the subconscious and proposed the concept of the "collective unconsciousness." Jung introduced psychology into the realm of art, trying to discover the role and meaning of the "collective unconsciousness." His "archetypes" theory has greatly developed the creative vision and imagination space of artists, promoted the development of contemporary art creation and theory, and provided a new path for aesthetic research. The Anglo-American "New Critic" Eliot pointed out that when the artist rises from personal emotion to the collectivization process of all mankind, art truly moves toward perfection. This thesis attempts to integrate art and psychology across disciplines through the analysis of the phenomenon of "collective unconsciousness" in contemporary art, which leads to the important influence and significance of "collective unconsciousness" on artistic creation. He also integrates his philosophy of thought into his own artistic creation for experimentation.Starting from the collective unconscious, this paper integrates philosophical ideas into its own artistic creation practice, aiming to explore the anxiety psychological phenomena generated by contemporary youth through the series of works "Crowd",and try to dredge psychological consciousness with art to achieve psychological healing of youth anxiety. In terms of artistic creation, this paper looks for richer possibilities in painting on the shelf from the creation of water-based materials, and in order to achieve the best artistic effect,it constantly thinks and practices from the aspects of composition, color, rhythm, and painting language in the picture when creating.
