"The Anti-Terrorism Law of the People’s Republic of China" is a law formulated by my country to implement the overall national security concept and accelerate the construction of the national security rule of law.Therefore,in order to enable compatriots of all ethnic groups in our country to have a profound and accurate understanding of this law,the accurate translation of the "Anti-Terrorism Law of the People’s Republic of China" is very important.The first chapter of this paper studies the characteristics of the writing of the anti-terrorism law,focusing on the discussion and explanation of legal vocabulary including legal terminology,general vocabulary and syntax including fixed format,transition sentence and clause basis;The second chapter of this paper discusses the translator’s choice of words and sentences when translating according to the translation.It is found that the translator’s choice of French,general words,polysemy words and translation numbers are the bricks that constitute the text of legal clauses.Shi,build the translation of the anti-terrorism law on the framework of fixed expression scope,purpose,cohesive structure and commonly used sentence patterns to express prohibition,permission and requirement;The third chapter of this paper discusses the principles and standards of legal translation,and clarifies that the translation principles of legal texts are inseparable from the principle of accuracy and rigor,the principle of written seriousness,the principle of thorough logic and the principle of clarity and conciseness.The corresponding standards in translation should be accurate,standardized and fluent.The fourth chapter of this paper discusses the translation methods and techniques at the micro-level of anti-terrorism law.Under the guidance of translation theory,the translation methods of legal texts are mostly literal translation and free translation.At the same time,the skills of addition and subtraction have given the translator a good auxiliary role in translation.The fourth chapter of this paper discusses the translator’s scientific method in the translation process.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the research field of translation theory can be broadened,and it can provide a certain guiding role for the translation of laws and regulations.certain reference.This paper studies the target language translation of the anti-terrorism law,and combines it with the translation of other target language legal texts.When translating,it reflects that the translation of legal texts needs to be faithful to the original text and ensure coherence.Only then can the translation be the same as the source text.Effective target language text.
