A Study On The Interaction Between The Debate On The National Form Of Literature And Art And The New Democratic Cultural Thought In The Yan’an Period

The formation of the new democratic cultural thought can be attributed to the long-standing cultural exploration and practice of the Communist Party of China,the dual cultural influence of China and the West,and the influence of historical cultural disputes,such as the debate on the "national form" of literature and art selected in this article.This debate took place from the second half of 1938 to the first half of 1942.It was the most influential cultural debate in the Yan’an period,and its formation was deeply influenced by the cultural thought of New Democracy.Mao Zedong,the founder of culture.It can be seen that there is a mutual influence relationship between the two.By exploring this relationship,the existing research space can be expanded and the understanding of the two can be further deepened.Based on the relevant discussion articles produced during the debate on the "national form" of literature and art and the relevant discourses of the Chinese Communists,mainly represented by Mao Zedong,on the cultural thought of New Democracy,the paper studies the potential subtle interaction between the two..In exploring the origin of the debate on the "national form" of literature and art,the historical background of the discussion on the popularization of literature and art,the discussion of "using the old form" and the debate on the "national form" is examined;From the viewpoint of Stalin’s national culture thought,it further examines the influence of Lenin’s national viewpoint on it;in terms of practical needs,it focuses on the mobilization strategy and discourse strategy of the Chinese Communist Party based on nationalism in the face of the crisis of national salvation.In the investigation of the interaction between the debate on the "national form" of literature and art and the New Democracy cultural thought,on the one hand,the New Democracy is revealed from three aspects: the proposition of the national form proposed by the New Democracy cultural thought,the promotion of the process of the debate and the factual summary of the debate.The leading role of cultural thought in the debate on "national form";on the other hand,the "national form" is revealed from the perspective of the ideological resources contributed by the "national form" debate to the national character and popular character of the new democratic cultural thought and its cultural construction value.The debate on the enrichment of the connotation of the new democratic cultural thought.Through the historical analysis of the relationship between the two,the historical experience of the interaction between the debate on the "national form" of literature and art and the cultural thought of New Democracy is further summarized,and the enlightenment of the current cultural development reality is obtained.
