On The Performance And Technical Analysis Of The Piano Adaptation Of "Petrushka

The piano piece Petrushka,adapted from the orchestral work of the same name,not only retains the wonderful variety of musical melodic materials in the original work,but also further promotes various performance techniques on the piano.In this thesis,the work will be studied and discussed from four aspects: performance techniques,timbral expression,musical intrinsic expressive tension and acoustic effect design of intensity level changes.The thesis is divided into three parts.In the first part,the literature study and the performance analysis are used to discuss the difficulties,the musical performance and the practice analysis of the various representative techniques in the work.In the second part,through literature research and performance analysis,the score will be analyzed in relation to the literature and the solo piano score,in order to make a correct analysis of the musical intrinsic expressive tension of the work in piano performance.In the third part,through the literature research,performance analysis and comparative research method,according to the original orchestra in the instrument arrangement,discusses how the timbre can be varied by the piano key-touching technique,as well as the design of the acoustics of piano with multiple intensity levels after the analysis of the orchestral score,in order to inspire the performers to have a richer musical expression in the piano.
