Most of Chinese art songs with unique rhythms originate from ancient poetries,which have a long history.So when singing or playing the Chinese music especially the vocal works of ancient Chinese poetry,emphasizing the principles of pronunciation,such as “Pronounce every word clearly”,“Articulate words and render tunes” and so on.The correct pronunciation can help students to standardize the vocal state,more vividly express the feelings of the songs,interpret the emotional theme of the songs,and improve the overall performance of the singer.Wo Nong Ci,which is full of the unique beauty of Chinese poetry rhythm,was composed by Ying Shangneng,the famous composer in the early 20 th century,and its lyrics are taken from the poem of the same name by Guan Daosheng,a talented woman in the Yuan Dynasty.There are three chapters in this paper.The 1st chapter mainly tells us the importances and concepts of the “Articulate words and render tunes”.In the 2nd chapter we can learn the using of “Articulate words and render tunes” through the analysing the song Wo Nong Ci.This chapter includes 3 parts such as the introuduction of the song,using of “Articulate words and render tunes”.The3 rd chapter mostly introduces the teaching-researching of “Articulate words and render tunes”.By analysing the singing skill and emotion-control ability,the author got the idea.In the last of the paper,the author gets a result and provokes new thinking.Based on a large amount of datas and investigations,by researching the artistic song Wo Nong Ci from the using of the singing techniques to the teaching practice,the author takes us to a deep understanding of the singing characteristics of the“Articulate words and render tunes” in this era,learning the style of articulation and enunciation.
