The Enlightenment Of Gong Xian’s Middle And Late Period Brush And Ink On The Author’s Creation

Gong Xian occupies a very important position in the history of Chinese painting,especially in landscape painting from the painting concept to the painting expression created a new era.In every stage of his life,he made new achievements in artistic exploration,and his life made indelible contribution to the development of landscape painting."Brush and ink gully" is a very important painting concept formed by Gong Xian in his middle and late period(after the age of about 40).The author takes this as a starting point to explore Gong Xian’s painting theory.The paper first studies Gong Xian’s brush and ink style and painting thoughts in his middle and late period,and discusses the four aspects of brush,ink,gully and black and white in layers.This paper discusses in detail the unique landscape style,unique perspective,empty land,ink and wash wattage,personalized language and other aspects created by Gong Xian’s brush and ink in the middle and late period.In the process of research,the author deeply realized the importance of learning from the ancients and learning from nature.The "sketching practice" of nature is helpful to master the laws of nature.In the creation,the author explored his own style of landscape painting by using different forms of expression to "replace ink with color" and expressed Gong Xian’s brush and ink in the form of "replace ink with color".This paper explains the positive significance of Gong Xian’s ink spirit in landscape painting innovation practice.
