In recent years,due to the intensification of social competition,graduate students face many pressures,such as communication,marriage,career choice,scientific research,etc.D.Subjective well-being continues to decline,and subjective well-being is an important indicator of personal mental health.Research shows that a person’s emotional intelligence will significantly affect his subjective well-being,and the social anxiety and loneliness of graduate students are also closely related to his subjective well-being.Therefore,taking social anxiety and loneliness as the intermediate variables,the study explored the influence of graduate students’ emotional intelligence on subjective well-being and behavioral mechanism,which is helpful to improve graduate students’ mental health and has important theoretical and practical significance for graduate students’ growth and development.In this study,557 university master students took the "Emotional Intelligence Scale","Communication Anxiety Scale","Loneliness Scale" and "Subjective Well-being Scale" as the research objects,and used SPSS26.0 and its macro plug-in process to comprehensively analyze the research data and measure the situation related to the subjects.The results are as follows:(1)Generally speaking,the scores of emotional intelligence,social anxiety and subjective well-being of graduate students are higher than their theoretical average;Graduate students’ evaluation of loneliness is slightly lower than his theoretical average.(2)EQ,different occupational categories have a significant impact on EQ scores.Whether gender is the only child,class has little impact on EQ of graduate students.(3)Social anxiety,gender differences have a significant impact on the evaluation of social anxiety.Whether it is the only child,class and occupation category have no significant impact on graduate students’ social anxiety.(4)With regard to loneliness,different classes and different occupational categories have a significant impact on the evaluation of loneliness,while gender,no matter the only child,has no significant impact on the loneliness of graduates.(5)As for subjective well-being,different grades have a significant impact on the evaluation of subjective well-being,while gender,only child and occupation category have no significant impact on the subjective well-being of graduate students.(6)There is a significant correlation between postgraduates’ emotional intelligence,social anxiety,loneliness and subjective well-being.(7)The loneliness of graduate students is an intermediate variable between emotional intelligence and subjective well-being,which can indirectly affect a person’s subjective well-being through loneliness.(8)Social anxiety and loneliness of graduate students are a chain reaction between emotional intelligence and subjective well-being.
