As a fast-developing new industry,electronic games have completely penetrated into people’s life,which is not only an entertainment commodity but also an art medium with the ability to undertake cultural dissemination and aesthetic education.However,domestic games are still in the stage of exploration and development.After the invasion of Japanese,Korean and European and American games,the national elements in the field of domestic games have the tendency of being eroded and homogenized by foreign game culture,and at the same time,many game designers have the psychology of admiring foreign countries or greedy for shortcuts,so domestic games are easy to copy foreign works in terms of design style and technology,lacking national characteristics and showing the rootless and unrelated The disadvantage of having no roots and no connections.Although there are some game designers who try to explore games with Chinese characteristics,they are limited by the lack of in-depth understanding and investigation of traditional arts,and their works are shown as a kind of superficial and crude appropriation which is out of touch with the present,and cannot extend new branches for traditional arts.Coupled with the contradiction of natural opposition between traditional art and popular games and the difference of artistic expression,how to avoid the one-size-fits-all,launch high-quality domestic games and establish Chinese brands is an urgent problem and difficulty to be solved.This paper adopts three methods: theoretical interpretation and analysis of specific works,interdisciplinary research and questionnaire,focusing on the traditional Chinese art of painting,analyzing the role and representation of painting art to games,and then exploring the principle and method of integrating painting art with games based on the three levels of MDA model,as a breakthrough to the bottleneck of Chinese game quality and an innovative method of Chinese traditional art inheritance.The innovative method of Chinese traditional art heritage.The thinking process of game design needs the support of excellent aesthetic ideas,therefore,the thesis firstly proposes to take Chinese aesthetic ideas as the support of game creation concept,and then take MDA model as the game design idea,subdivides the game character,scene,color,interactive interface,immersion experience,mechanism,narrative and level from three aspects of visual presentation,interactive expression and emotional transmission,and analyzes the different game art works in The paper proposes three points that need to be adjusted in order to solve the problem and better develop domestic games: firstly,the game mechanics and playability should be explored;secondly,the narrative creation needs to be more local and historically conscious;thirdly,the artistic interpretation should be popular but not kitschy.Based on this,this paper gives suggestions: game makers should change their creative philosophy from Western aesthetics to Chinese aesthetics,focus on the creative trend of "understandability" rather than "kitsch",and in the design process,be able to integrate traditional art and Chinese characteristics of the times.Only in this way will Chinese contemporary games truly rise and become unique in the world of games.At the same time,the comprehensive quality of game makers and the training of comprehensive talents should also be paid attention to.
