The Study Of Wang Kaiyun’s Calligraphy

Wang Kaiyun(1832-1916),the word Renqiu,Ren Father,Xiangqi Tower,Xiangqi old man.He is a well-known scholar and poet in the late Qing Dynasty.He has a lot of writing in his life.He has been in charge of the academy in Hunan,Sichuan and other places.His students include Liao Ping,Song Yuren,Qi Baishi,Yang Du and others.People have frequent exchanges with them.But for a long time,scholars’ research on Wang’s is mainly concentrated in their poetics,Confucian classics sciences,and historical sciences,and there are few research on their calligraphy.This article is mainly based on Wang Kaiyun’s poems and academic works,"Xiangqi Tower’s Diary","The Chronicle of Xiangqi Mansion" written by Wang Daifeng,and Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphy works as the main materials.From the following aspects,study Wang Kaiyun’s calligraphy.The first chapter introduces Wang Kaiyun’s family and life,and explains that Wang Kaiyun’s personality and aspirations are explained.Chapter II,mainly introduces the influence of Wang’s calligraphy,discuss the effects of factors such as the method of obtaining the law and the communication on the book formation.Chapter III,analyzes the unity of Wang’s calligraphy and its academic research.Academic research mainly includes scientific research and poetic research.Wang’s book studies are divided into two parts:calligraphy concept and calligraphy practice.Finally,the value and inspiration of Wang’s calligraphy,their books,and learning,and briefly discuss the value and inspiration of Wang’s calligraphy.
