The opera "Ying Xiong" is a classic red opera co-created by many outstanding literary and artistic talents such as screenwriter Zhang Linzhi,composer Du Ming,Tan Yiwei,director Huang Dingshan,singers Wang Lida(as Miao Boying),Wang Chuanliang(as He Mengxiong)and many other outstanding literary and artistic talents by the Zhuzhou Drama Heritage Center of Hunan Province.In 2017,the opera "Ying Xiong" was selected as a key support play of the "Chinese National Opera Heritage and Development Project".The play takes the archetypes of Miao Boying and He Mengxiong as the creative background,and tells the story of a rescue and survival movement launched by the earliest group of Chinese communists to resist the rule of imperialist warlords.The author analyzes the heroine Miao Boying in the opera "Ying Xiong",which is mainly divided into four parts,the first part,an overview of the opera;The second part,Miao Boying’s role positioning and character shaping;the third part,the singing analysis of the aria "Shout a New World Lang Lang Qiankun";The fourth part is the humanistic value of the opera "Ying Xiong".
