The Expression Of "THEATER" In Contemporary Painting

"Theatrical" at first mainly refers to the real and effective viewing relationship between the audience and actors caused by the emphasis on the "presence" of drama in drama performance.Since the 18 th century,the expression of this viewing relationship has been introduced from drama to the fields of painting,sculpture and even social disciplines.In the contemporary era,"theatrical" as an artistic creation method is frequently used in the creation of contemporary art.With the second transfer of contemporary western literary theory,the development of contemporary painting has shifted from the formal study of painting ontology language to the focus on readers and acceptance,A single painting paradigm can no longer shake the development and evolution pattern of the new historical stage of contemporary painting art.Art works can become works of art only through the interpretation of the audience.So how can we make the audience better interpret painting in contemporary times? The painting expression of "theater" has become a breakthrough.As the art creator of painting,the purpose of this topic is to explore the ideas of contemporary painting to expand the field of contemporary art practice under the construction of "theater" logic.This paper will take "theater" as the research theme,mainly analyze and study the relationship between works and audience,space and scene under the logic of "theater" in contemporary painting creation,sort out and analyze the works using "theater" as the painting creation method in the context of contemporary art,and make it clear that after "theater" is involved in contemporary painting,Contemporary painting art will be presented as a form of expression of the interaction of artists,works,audience,place and space built after breaking through the traditional art aesthetics,showing works with openness,polysemy and interaction.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter combs the concept of "theater",and combs the context of theater from the relationship between works and audience,combined with art works and theories,and leads to the Enlightenment of theater theory to contemporary painting art.The second chapter starts from the specific painting practice of contemporary painting from the perspective of "theater" and explores new possibilities.From the perspective of breaking the traditional viewing mode,the third chapter discusses that under the influence of the contemporary aesthetic turn,contemporary painting presents as an artistic complex of the interaction of works,audience,artists and field.The fourth chapter discusses the exploration of "theater" as a creative language combined with the author’s personal creation.
