Mindfulness originated from Buddhism and was introduced into related fields such as clinical medicine,psychology and organizational behavior.Mindfulness therapy can help people reduce stress,prevent diseases and improve happiness.These findings have attracted the attention of scholars.Mindfulness research has set off a big wave in China.Mindfulness has been associated with many positive outcomes,but the mechanisms underlying these benefits and reciprocal relationships are not fully understood.In order to further explore the positive outcomes related to mindfulness and their reciprocal relationship,this study selects four core variables of positive psychology: mindfulness,work flow,state gratitude and subjective vitality.Introducing them into the workplace in order to find four whether the relationship between employees can form a benign closed-loop effect and benefit the personal development of employees.Based on the broaden-and build theory,flow theory,affective event theory,and self-determination theory,this study explored the dynamic changes of mindfulness,subjective vitality,work flow,and state gratitude within person by using experience sampling method,and explored the effects of mindfulness on the day.The impact of subjective vitality,focusing on the chain mediation role of work flow and state gratitude in the day.This study conducted a follow-up survey on 95 employees twice a day for 10 working days,and finally obtained 710 valid individual data.Using Mplus7.4 to build a multi-level structural equation model draws the following conclusions:(1)Mindfulness,work flow,state gratitude and subjective vitality all have the characteristics of dynamic changes within the individual;(2)There is a correlation between employees’ mindfulness on that day and their subjective vitality on that day,and mindfulness on that day can positively predict the level of subjective vitality on that day;(3)The work flow of the day plays a mediating role between the mindfulness of the day and the subjective vitality of the day,that is,the employee’s mindfulness of the day positively predicts the work flow of the day,and the work flow of the day positively predicts the subjective vitality of the day;(4)The state gratitude of the day plays a mediating role between the mindfulness of the day and the subjective vitality of the day,that is,the employee’s mindfulness of the day positively predicts the state gratitude of the day,and the state gratitude of the day positively predicts the subjective vitality of the day;(5)There is a chain intermediary effect between daily work flow and state gratitude between employees’ daily mindfulness and subjective vitality,that is,employees’ daily mindfulness affects employees’ daily gratitude through their daily work flow,which in turn affects the individual’s subjective vitality of the day.
