Research On The Evaluation Of Tourism Experience Quality Of Historical And Cultural Block Based On The Embodied Theory

In recent years,as the core cultural heritage resources of famous historical and cultural cities,historical and cultural blocks have gradually become an important carrier and core attraction for tourism activities.However,some historic and cultural districts have problems such as lower quality of tourism experience,lower level of utilization and less experience.Through the research methods of literature analysis,on-the-spot investigation,interview,content analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the quality of tourism experience in historic and cultural blocks based on the embodied theory,makes empirical analysis of the cases,and puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of tourism experience in historic and cultural blocks,with a view to promoting the quality of tourism experience in historic and cultural blocks.This paper first combs the elements of embodied experience in historic and cultural block tourism.Secondly,using existing achievements as reference,the evaluation index system is initially built,and improved by UGC method and interview method.Finally,the evaluation index system of tourism experience quality of historic and cultural blocks based on embodied theory is constructed.Thirdly,select the historical and cultural blocks of Shenyang Ancient City for empirical analysis,collect and process UGC text data;This paper evaluates the quality of tourism experience of historic and cultural blocks in Shenyang Ancient City by using social network analysis,entropy value assignment method and IPA analysis method.Finally,it puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of tourism experience in historic and cultural neighborhoods.The research found that:(1)By focusing on 16 representative examples of historical and cultural block tourism utilization in China,the embodied experience elements of historical and cultural block tourism are classified as body perception,comprehensive recognition,sensory landscape;This paper puts forward the function path of the tourist embodied experiences in historical and cultural blocks.(2)Extract evaluation index from UGC text data of three typical cases to improve the initial evaluation index system;After consulting experts and tourists for suggestions,an evaluation index system for the quality of tourism experience in historic and cultural neighborhoods is built,which includes three dimensions of body perception,sensory landscape and comprehensive cognition,and 23 evaluation indexes based on embodied theory.(3)Using ROST CM6 software to analyze the characteristics of UGC text data in three cases,it is found that tourists have rich perception elements of embodied experiences during the process of historic and cultural block travel,and the overall emotional tendency is mainly positive.Semantic network shows the structural feature of "center-edge".(4)Social network analysis found that the overall network density of the evaluation index system is 0.7648,the feature structure is more scientific and reasonable,with high density and multi-core features,among which visual perception,cultural display landscape and cultural atmosphere cognitive influence is greater,nonlegacy landscape and environmental landscape influence is weaker;Indicator elements form four cohesive subgroups with close internal relations,which reflect the needs of different visitor groups.(5)The result of comprehensive score analysis shows that the comprehensive score of the quality of the tourist experience of Shenyang Ancient City is 3.597,which is between "general" and "better",and is close to "better".(6)IPA analysis results show that 23 evaluation indices are distributed in all four quadrant areas,and 5 in the dominant area.Tourists pay more attention to these evaluation indices and give better evaluation.There are six evaluation indicators for maintenance areas.Tourists pay less attention to these evaluation indicators,but the actual performance is good.Eight indicators fall in the opportunity area,that is,less tourists pay attention to or come into contact with these indicators,and the evaluation is low;There are four evaluation indicators of the improvement zone,which show that tourists think these indicators are important,but the actual evaluation is lower.Based on the research findings,this paper takes the tourist embodied experiences as the starting point and puts forward suggestions on improving the tourism experience quality of historical and cultural blocks from four aspects: "Innovating tourism products,enhancing tourists’ physical participation","optimizing the block situation,creating a strong cultural atmosphere","strengthening the block management,improving the tourism service quality","improving the block facilities,creating a comfortable tourism environment".
