A Comparative Study Of Mozart’s Concert Arias And Opera Arias

Mozart was one of the greatest composers of the classical period,one of the representatives of the Viennese classical school,composing more than 600 pieces,covering almost all musical genres,achieving brilliant achievements and exerting a great influence on the creation of music in later generations.Mozart concert aria is an independent vocal art form,which is different from opera arias,suitable for depicting the inner activities of characters,portraying characters and images of a lyrical,dramatic and singing concert solo section.Based on the comparison between Mozart’s concert arias and opera arias,this article compares from the aspects of concept,characteristics,singing style,singing feelings,length and other aspects,introduces Mozart’s life and its creative environment in detail,understands Mozart and his creative philosophy,style,as well as the musical and artistic value of Mozart’s works and enlightenment to future generations,and lays a foundation for singing Mozart’s works.Select the four works that the author has sung for comparative analysis,compare the difference between concert arias and opera arias in singing,compare the desk work that needs to be done with the difficulty of singing,and share their own singing feelings and problems in this paper to discuss with vocal learners.
