| In the past two years,music education and choral arts have received widespread attention and support from people from all walks of life in society.This is evident in the related policies introduced by the Ministry of Education and local governments,the diverse extracurricular music education training institutions,as well as the active involvement of parents and children,all of which demonstrate the unique and positive role of contemporary music and choral education in enhancing children’s musical literacy and abilities,fostering social skills,and shaping their holistic personalities.This article will focus on the field of extracurricular children’s choir training institutions,taking four representative institutions in Shanghai as the main research subjects.Through interview surveys,the development process and management models of each team will be explored to understand their educational philosophies and teaching methods.By comparing these four teams,the irreplaceability and development path of choral teaching in extracurricular music education in Shanghai will be examined.The main body of this article consists of the following parts: introduction,three chapters,and a conclusion.The introduction section primarily explains the research background and significance.The first to third chapters respectively cover the theoretical foundations of extracurricular children’s choir training institutions,a comparative study of extracurricular children’s choir training institutions in Shanghai(using four choirs as examples),and suggestions for the feasible development of extracurricular children’s choir training institutions in Shanghai.The conclusion summarizes the main process of this research,discusses the thoughts it has generated,and provides prospects for the development of extracurricular children’s choir training institutions in Shanghai. |
