George Bizet(October 25,1838-June 3,1875)was an outstanding 19 th century French opera composer who created world-renowned opera works such as Carmen and Pearl Fisher.opera works are adept at combining different regional elements with French opera traditions,and are still widely performed today.Among them,the opera Pearl Fisher created by Bizet is widely regarded as one of its representative works,which draws on elements such as the style and form of Italian Renaissance music after in-depth study of Italian culture.This work exhibits themes such as love,faith,and morality,combining beautiful melodies,dramatic plots,and classical music elements,making it a classic work.In general,Bizet’s Pearl Fisher is of great significance for the development of opera music and Italian culture.It is unique because it is different from traditional Italian opera,and it also demonstrates Bizet’s talent and skills as an outstanding composer and musician.Based on this understanding,this article takes Nadir,the character in the opera Pearl Fisher,as the research object.On the basis of previous studies,combined with his own music performance practice,and using the research methods of musicology and music analysis,it deeply explores the problem of Nadir’s role shaping and singing performance.It is believed that Nadir’s character creation embodies a strong view of love and friendship.In terms of love outlook,Nadir pays attention to emotions and feelings,believes that love requires dedication and dedication,emphasizes sincerity and firmness,and expresses a romantic emotional experience;In terms of friendship,he emphasizes loyalty and trust,is willing to take risks for his friends,and demonstrates a noble personality quality;In terms of self awareness,he can clearly understand his inner needs and values,and is willing to struggle and sacrifice for them,demonstrating a high degree of self awareness and pursuit of self worth.Through the singing practice and work analysis of relevant aria,this paper discusses the corresponding singing issues.Through an in-depth study of the above two parts,this article explores the artistic characteristics and creative style of the opera Pearl Fisher,providing reference and reference for singers,while bringing more artistic enjoyment and reflection to the audience.
