The Analysis And Performance Of Aaron Copland’ S Clarinet Concerto

This research content of this thesis is presented by means of integration,in-depth analysis and interpretation.In the first chapter,by compiling the composer’s biographical information to understand his creative process and musical style,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the composer’s character,thought and creative idea.The second chapter analyzes the musical form structure,material application and other elements of the Clarinet Concerto.The third chapter is based on the analysis and results of the second chapter,to further discuss the performance skills and interpretation.After the analysis and discussion in the above three chapters,a conclusion is drawn.It is hoped that after in-depth understanding of the composer and the creative background of the work,as well as a careful study of the creative motives and materials of the entire piece,the composer’s creative concept of writing at that time can be more aptly and completely presented.
