This paper focuses on the history of the mixed technique of Tampere and oil painting,as a transition between pure "egg painting" and modern direct painting method. This technique is characterized by the surface of oily pigment and the water-based emulsion at the bottom. This technique has been perfected since the 14 th century. At the beginning of the 14 th century, the Florentine painters Chimabue,Giotto and Ducho used the mixed techniques of Tampere and oil painting to paint on wooden boards, with a long but enduring history. In this paper, the main subject of combining tanculture and oil painting is the balance between "craftsmanship" and "expression".Mixed technique belongs to the indirect painting method, compared with the direct painting method,it has more strict painting process steps, but all its steps can be changed or even selected because of the purpose of "performance",so as to create a unique picture effect. In modern material painting theory, although with mixed techniques detailed traditional steps, but encourage the painter to study techniques and creation is the consensus of many related literature, the author will uphold this idea, trying to weigh the "craftsmanship" and "phenotype",preliminary summary of a set of personal mixed techniques steps and complete a series of their own creation. In modern China, although there are some painters who use mixed techniques, they are still mainly pure oil paintings. However, more attention is gradually paid to them in China, and many painters begin to use mixed techniques to paint, which is enough to prove their research value and practical value. There are also many scholars in China who study mixed techniques. They have introduced the painting process and works of Tampere into China, benefiting a lot of students. In practice, the author believes that the greatness of mixed techniques lies in its open process framework, which gives future generations enough space to customize, improve and customize the details of individual techniques. The techniques of this creation will mainly refer to the Venetian School of Painting and the mixed techniques of the later era, study the painting logic of the bottom emulsion surface oil painting of the Venetian School to the Baroque period and some modern Canberra painters, seek commonalities from the cases of masters, and lay a theoretical foundation for their own creation. Then I will use modern materials to replace some of the difficult raw materials to obtain and links, optimize the details of the technique, and finally apply this technique to my own creation. In this article,I will explain how I apply traditional techniques to the details of modern creation and my own thinking.Through the study of some artists on the content of the picture,to tell a modern personal story, which is for the Story of Water. As a modern exploration of ancient techniques,I will provide a complete individual case and creative experience from the perspective of personal creation.
