The Role Conflicts Of Chinese Intellectual Woman In The New Era From The Perspective Of Role Ethics

With the development of society and the popularization of education,the group of educated women expands.As a group of women with high subjective consciousness,Chinese educated women in the new era have strong self-consciousness,sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit.On the one hand,they assume the traditional family role responsibility,on the other hand,they also actively participate in the social economy,politics,culture and other fields,and assume the relatively important professional role ethical responsibility.However,due to the negative influence of traditional values,the misunderstanding of family labor in society for a long time,and the excessive emphasis of intellectual women on subjectivity,intellectual women in the new era present obvious conflicts in the roles of family and career.It also reflects ethical issues such as behavior orientation of justice ethics and caring ethics,personal value and social responsibility,role cognition and role expectation.Based on the theory of role ethics,this study analyzes the characteristics of intellectual women,discusses the status and causes of role conflicts in this group,and tries to find an applicable solution to this problem.This article is divided into four parts:Firstly,the basic theory of role ethics is sorted out.On the premise of clarifying the concept,classification and responsibility of roles,this thesis explains the theoretical origin of role ethics,defines the main types of role conflicts,and clarifies the moral appeals in role conflicts.Based on this,the thesis analyzes the adjustment of role ethics to role conflict.Secondly,based on the analysis of the role characteristics of Chinese intellectual woman in the new era,this thesis investigates the status quo of intellectual woman’s roles in the new era and the changes of The Times,and points out that Chinese intellectual woman in the new era are facing two major role conflicts,which are manifested through three forms of ethical problems.Thirdly,from the three aspects of traditional values,family labor socialization,and their own factors,the thesis specifically discusses and analyzes the role conflict,trying to find out the deep causes of the contradictions and conflicts between the two roles of Chinese intellectual woman in the new era,so as to provide ideas for solving the problems.Finally,the thesis puts forward the ethical path to resolve the role conflict of Chinese intellectual woman in the new era.First of all,under the premise of adhering to the Marxist view of women as the ideological guidance,the role ethics can be used to adjust the role conflict,so as to create a healthy development environment for intellectual woman.
