| Qin poetry refers to the poems related to the qin,including the poems describing the instrument,expressing the sound and the meaning of melody,showing the playing skills and expressing their aspirations through the qin.Qin poems in the early Ming Dynasty were composed from the first year of Hongwu to the end of Yongle(1368-1424).Based on the complete and other collections of Ming Dynasty in The Yingyin Wenyuan Ge Siku Quanshu published by Taiwan Commercial Press in 2008,404 qin poems written by 104 poets in the early Ming Dynasty were selected and sorted out.In the early Ming Dynasty,poets expressed their emotions and aspirations in qin poems,and created numerous works with unique themes,rich contents and great artistic appeal.Based on 404 texts of qin poems in the early Ming Dynasty,this paper is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance,research status,research scope and methods.This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of the status of qin poems in the study of Ming Poetry,highlight the literary value of qin poems in the early Ming Dynasty and reflect the development of qin culture in the early Ming Dynasty.To achieve these,this paper summarizes the current studies of qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty,and uses the methods of literature research,social and historical criticism,and interdisciplinary research to contributes to the research results of Qin poems in the Ming Dynasty.The second part is an overview of qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty,including creation background,general introduction to poets and their works.The political environment,ideological environment and the circle of qin in the early Ming Dynasty affected the fate qin poets and the creation of qin poems.This paper classifies the poets according to their different political experiences,presents the types of poets and qin poems in tables,and summarizes the characteristics of qin poems in the early Ming Dynasty.The third part focuses on the ideological content of qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty,which consists of three themes: playing skills,friendship and ambition.Specifically,some poems describe the sounds of qin and appreciate the fine music;some express the pleasure of meeting friends,longing for distant friends or depression of lacking friends;some reflect poets’ political ambition and respect for previous sages.In summary,these poems reflect both the poet’s daily interest in qin and the different ideas of qin in the early Ming Dynasty.The fourth part focuses on the artistic characteristics of qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty.Based on the achievement of their predecessors,the poets in the early Ming Dynasty demonstrated the remarkable ability to write qin poems in terms of three aspects: poetry style,expression technique and language characteristics.The poets applied various techniques such as synaesthesia,combination of virtual and real images and literary quotation to reveal their different inner thoughts,and thus their works presented different styles: some were peaceful and quiet while others were sad and dreary.The language characteristics of qin poems include the imitation of famous lines and the pursuit of elegancy,which highlights the musical elements distinguishing qin poems from poems on other themes in the early Ming Dunasty.The fifth part mainly explores the value and influence of qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty.The qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty was deeply influenced by the tradition of previous qin poetry,and laid a solid foundation for the prosperity of qin poetry in the middle and late Ming Dynasty and the study of qin in Ming Dynasty.It is of great value in the study of literature,music history and Chinese ideology and culture.Qin poetry in the early Ming Dynasty is not only an important part of the ancient qin poetry,but also reflects the style of poetry in the early Ming Dynasty,the mentality of literati,the development of qin culture and distinct characteristics of that era. |
