traditional recording industry to digital music.Whether it is business model,creation environment,copyright protection,the world music industry shows great market potential and bright growth prospects.Driven by economic globalization and capital going abroad,"Voice of China" has begun to go abroad and step on the world stage,making its own voice heard in the global music industry.However,the Chinese music industry progress,but look at the overall international music market,China’s music industry "going out" there are still some problem that nots allow to ignore,such as unreasonable structure of music copyright trade still exist problems,the overall music style of product is not high,low international influence,the expansion of overseas market still faces challenges,etc.Based on this,the country should pay more attention to and actively deal with the numerous difficulties and obstacles faced by China’s music industry in the process of "going out",so as to clear the obstacles for China’s music industry to "go out" in a healthy way.On the analysis of the music industry based on the study of the background of "going out",the first chapter,first of all,on the music industry value chain and the music industry mergers and acquisitions network of defining the concept and connotation,and clarify the inner relation between them,based on the value chain theory,of the history of social network theory and m&a theory and the theory of factor analysis,clear the theoretical model of this study,Avoid fuzziness of subsequent research framework.Based on Zephyr database,the data of 738 global m&a projects in music industry from 2009 to 2020 are obtained,covering 46 participating countries(regions).In the second chapter USES two basic elements of m&a project quantity and total amount of mergers and acquisitions of music industry basic conditions and the general trend of global mergers and acquisitions to grasp,found that between 2009 and 2020 the global music industry mergers and acquisitions is obviously increasing,the main distribution is also involved in the global music industry mergers and acquisitions is more and more widely,method of payment is more and more diversified,According to the law of the number of m&a contracts,the global m&a of music industry is divided into three major bands.In order to more intuitively and comprehensively depict the objective situation of dynamic changes in the global m&a pattern of the music industry,the third chapter of this study adopts the social network analysis method to quantitatively measure the m&a network of the global music industry from 2009 to 2020,and analyze the overall evolution trend and m&a pattern of the global m&a of the music industry.First of all,the density of the global m&a network in the music industry has always been increasing.Despite the serious monopolization of the music industry and the dual-core dominant pattern in Europe and the United States,the participants of the m&a activities in the music industry are increasingly diversified,and the m&a transactions of related subjects are more and more frequent,and the multi-polarization trend is gradually highlighted.Second,the agglomeration effect of global M&A network in music industry is significant,and the formation of condensed subgroups is affected by natural factors such as geographical location and cultural background,but the influence of geographical factors is weakened after the second stage(2013-2016).Third,from the value chain network measurement results,the CONTENT production link of the United States occupies the absolute core,South Korea has become a rising star,in the second stage among the core countries;The United States overtook Germany in the third stage of copyright operation,while China made a new breakthrough in music copyright.In the distribution and transmission link,the most participating countries and the most active m&a.African countries led by South Africa began to become the main participants of the music industry m&a network,and constantly moved closer to the network center.Based on the conclusion of quantitative analysis in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3,Chapter 4 firstly compares the data of core countries and China in music industry to show the status transition of China’s music industry in 12 years and the gap between China’s music industry and key core countries: On the one hand,China’s music industry is under external pressure from the powerful countries of the international music industry,on the other hand,the development of its own industry is not sufficient.How to promote The Smooth "going out" of Chinese music industry? How to open the "black box" for the transformation and upgrading of China’s music industry?
