Zhang Minghe and Yin Qing’s version of Princess Wencheng and Liu Lin and Wang Zhixin’s version of Princess Wencheng are based on the historical story of“Princess Wencheng ’s marriage with minority ruler to achieve peace ",and expresses Princess Wencheng’s spirit of self-sacrifice and patriotism, which are both ethnic characteristic and contemporaneity. To appeal to the vision of Han and Tibetan’s friendship and peace, the lyrics are written in a lyrical way of taking a scene to express emotion, the contents all involve Tibetan style element symbols. The musical form structure is binary form.Tibetan music elements are used in tonality and melody creation,a wide range of sound, ups and downs, make the whole piece full of Tibetan music style and appropriate subjects. The identity of singing is expressed by the reasonable use of emotion and breath, accurate articulation and vivid stage performance. In comparison,Zhang Minghe and Yin Qing’s version of Princess Wencheng portrays Princess Wencheng who is gentle and close to the people, full of feminine and soft beauty in the third person. The speed of the whole song is adagio, and the melody is soft. The two passages are mostly unfolded in the way of narration and memory, and there is no obvious contrast.Actor Wang Qingshuang focuses on expressing the emotion of the song as a descendant of a Tibetan compatriot. In the version of Liu Lin and Wang Zhixin’s Princess Wencheng, the characters are portrayed in the first person, and the actor Chun Tian shows the full heroic colors of Princess Wencheng. The tune is strong and bright. The two passages have obvious contrasts in speed, melody tone, and emotional color.
