What this paper wants to solve is the relationship between noble spirit and night spirit, and the relationship between "keeping noble spirit" and "keeping night spirit".Mencius’ s theory of relating keeping spirit kung fu has been seriously, previous concerns in the conscious "keeping noble spirit " dimensions, ignore the " keeping night spirit" the natural dimension, but morality existence is the unity of selfconsciousness and naturalness, night air and storage with the ethical meaning of night air Zi Zai Xing meaning how to reasonably define and clarify is extremely important. Therefore, this paper intends to reveal that the wholeness of human being is the unity of consciousness and nature,of self and self in itself,so the moral existence is also the unity of consciousness and nature,of self and self in itself.Past "loftiness" consciously dimension is always above the "night gas" the natural dimension,it has to do with the moral idealism of Mencius, moral subjectivity is closely linked, unilaterally emphasizes the moral main body of the surrounding environment transformation of morality often into universalism, and make the individual life the heavy burden on his back. And too much emphasis on the moral strength and ignore the boundary into consciousness and nature subjectivism,to realize the objective existence of content as well as a variety of objective law is not a unilateral change of main body of the force, fully realize the consciously with the natural boundary, and within the scope of voluntary fully rational use,let nature to nature,Only in this way can the integrity and inner unity of moral existence be achieved.Specifically, this paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter points out that the Chinese classical philosophy of qi has the tradition of moral transformation, that is,the trend of transformation from natural qi to moral qi.The first section points out the natural qi that does not participate in morality, which is also intrinsically related to night qi,mainly enumerating the Taoist qi theory. The second section summarizes Mencius’ previous qi theory, which has the development trend of turning to morality, from the natural breath of human beings to the existence of participating in the moral process of human life. The third section points out that in Mencius, the moral dimension of qi can be fully demonstrated. From then on,qi not only has a natural side, but also a moral side, and can even be consciously controlled and controlled by conscious heart,so the theory of nourishing qi kung fu was born.At the same time,it points out that the two main components of Mencius’ qi theory--noble qi and night qi respectively represent the conscious dimension and the natural dimension of moral existence. The second chapter points out consciously in moral accomplishment of moral subjectivity essential for survival, the morality of gas transformation mainly embodied in the "keep loftiness" expression,is a representative of the moral main body strength show,it makes us confirmed the existence of moral, confirmed the existence of the moral main body itself, make the person becomes high and full of spirit, show infinite meteorological and state,Therefore,it is necessary for moral survival to "cultivate noble spirit".The first section points out the universality and primacy of benevolence and righteousness, and the main moral implication of "noble spirit" is the heart of benevolence and righteousness, which is the premise and foundation of noble spirit. The second section points out that the necessity of conscious thinking is the necessity of "general" as the master of "small body".For a person who has noble moral pursuit,it is necessary to restrain his desires with a rational attitude. The third section points out that the cultivation of subjectivity is reflected in the transformation of the morality of the body and the world in three aspects: first, the morality of the body is accomplished,as "su-su-su" and "from good to god" in Mencius’ philosophy.A man with virtue will extend his virtue in his body and make his body the carrying body of morality;Second, the moral transformation of the living world,"everything is ready for me" reflects the moral subject’s acceptance of everything in heaven and earth; The third is the manifestation of moral subjectivity and the prominence of moral responsibility, which is embodied in the responsibility and courage of "giving up myself".The third chapter is about the night air, that is,human existence of the self and nature of the discussion. Our moral life is inseparable from rational consciousness, but we should also be alert to the danger of moral transformation brought by this kind of rational consciousness.First of all,the first section discusses the duality of human relational existence.Only in the realm of social and political common existence, people can obtain the social genetic background needed for self-growth.The achievement and acquisition of the gentleman’s personality and "benevolence" described by Confucianism cannot be separated from interpersonal communication. However, the relationship between people may also lead to the loss of individual self and even the loss of its own heart, resulting in the annihilation of each individual’s personality, nature and truth. The second section points out the difference between others and themselves and breaks down the dream of universalism. What we need to do is not to "add others",but to promote "the heart of harm without desire".The third section discusses how to change from the natural nature of moral existence to the natural nature of existence and the world. There are three steps: 1.Second,the change from the natural nature of morality to the natural nature of existence is intended to show that morality is only a small part but not the whole of personal existence. From man’s natural and world’s natural,it is intended to show that man’s existence is only a small part of the world but not the whole world. The fourth chapter discusses the unity of freedom and self-action,nature and consciousness. We should not only attach importance to the moral subject and the power of the subject, but also realize that there is a vast and profound world outside the subject.Only by achieving the unity of the two can we achieve a certain balance in the behavior of the moral subject. The first section discusses the possibility of the dual establishment of conscious and natural dimensions of moral existence. It contains three aspects: first, the establishment of the dimension of self-consciousness and the "I control";Second, the standing of the mandate of Heaven and the establishment of the natural dimension;Third, the limitation of human beings and the consciousness and nature of existence. The second section discusses the unity of the existence of night spirit and the cultivation of noble spirit.Firstly,it states that noble spirit represents individual fortitude and moral rigor.Secondly,it states that the meaning of night spirit is individual rest and moral indulgence.First,it is important to reinterpret the moral philosophy of traditional Confucianism. There may be some misinterpretations or omissions in the traditional Interpretation of Confucianism. Therefore,it is important to reorganize the Confucian system in modern context.Second, opening up the possibility of modern individual survival, individuals in the Confucian discourse system has been submerged state,it is necessary to liberate individuals from the complex clan and tradition;Three,of his open with the world, realize that he is different from my life, not just the general rules of order, but has his emotional life, only to realize he is and I still have differences,to understand the world tolerance for each individual, can realize that the world is open to individuals.
