Research On The Spread Of Stone Stele Culture Of Yao

Stone Stele Institution is the most typical ethnic customary law and social organization for ethnic minorities in southern China.It is a established through collective discussion and organization.Maintain local production,resist foreign aggression,and engrave it on stone or copy it on wood or paper.The traditional Stone Stele Institution has been abolished,and New Stone Stele Institution has played a governance role in villages in the form of village regulations and folk agreements.The existing research has sorted out the role of ethnic regional autonomy as ethnic customary law,and revealed the process of inheritance,promotion and absorption of Traditional Stone Stele and New Stone Stele.The research has been involved in many fields such as law and ethnology,and its research content,object and professional depth have a certain scale.However,as a traditional social organization in Dayao Mountain,it contains a series of information communication activities and cultural values,and there is still value for the interpretation of the communication science of Stone Stele.This study selects Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County as the object of investigation.First of all,it summarizes the social and historical appearance of Dayao Mountain,believes that Jinxiu’s economic institution,information environment,and religious customs are the basis for the creation of Stone Stele.Secondly,from the perspective of communication,Stone Stele of the Yao ethnic group has a complete organizational communication structure.Using field investigation and interview methods,through the analysis of the organization and dissemination network of the Stone Stele Institution,the ceremony of the Stone Stele meeting,the characteristics of the transmission,the content and form of the change,the traditional Stone Stele and the new Stone Stele are not broken but the continuation of history,and then interpret the communication value of the "Stone Stele Culture".Through the research,it is found that the "Stone Stele Culture" is an important cultural form of the Yao community in Dayao Mountain.It is a part of the Yao social institution and culture,the embodiment of "local knowledge",and it is also the material and spiritual culture for the survival and development of the Yao.From the perspective of political communication value,"Stone Stele Culture" is a representation of the political memory and ethnic exchange memory of Dayao Mountain.From the perspective of cultural communication value,it not only transmits ethnic information,but also plays a social normative and indoctrination function for Jinxiu,maintains the identity of Yao culture,deepens in the hearts of the Yao people,and exerts a new era connotation."Stone Stele Culture" is of practical significance to improving the construction of the rule of law in ethnic minority areas and promoting communication and exchanges between the Yao and other ethnic groups.
