Abstract/Summary:
Chinese mother culture has a long and glorious history.In traditional society,the growth and development of individuals rely on the power of mother education,and the prosperity of the family is also inseparable from the role of mother education.After thousands of years,the Kong family has been enduring and famous for generations.The reason is that the women of the Kong family attach importance to mother education.The Kong family women received good female education when they were in the boudoir,and widely practiced mother education after they married and gave birth,which not only cultivated a large number of excellent family children,but also made contributions to the inheritance of Confucianism and the holy family style.At present,the research on the education of the Kong family mainly focuses on the male with rich works or prominent officials,but the value and significance of the Kong family females in the whole family and society has not been paid much attention.Mother education is a part of education history research,through exploring the mission and responsibility of Kong family women as mothers,to restore the real picture of mother education at that time.This study focuses on the mother education of the Kong family in Qufu in the Qing Dynasty.Taking the wives of three Yangshenggong,Yu,Peng and Tao,as the objects of case study,comprehensively utilizes the methods of literature research,historical research and case study.Through the mining and utilization of various historical materials such as local Chronicles,genealogy,archives and poetry,trying to present the educational picture of the mother education of the Kong family in Qufu in the Qing Dynasty.The main ideas and conclusions of this study are as follows: First of all,this paper summarizes the development and evolution of the traditional mother education in China,discusses the general situation and main characteristics of the implementation of mother education in different time background and cultural environment from the pre-Qin period to the Qing Dynasty.Secondly,it focuses on the implementation of the mother education of the Kong family in Qufu in the Qing Dynasty,placing the mother education of the Kong family in the social and family background,including the large social background such as stable political order,perfect imperial examination system,profound regional culture,as well as the special family background such as the strong economic strength,strong clan organization,and the family tradition of passing on the torch.The mother education of the Kong family was devoted to cultivating talents for official achievement in the imperial examinations and people with clear morality and devotion to learning,with cultural education and moral education as the main contents and oral and behavioral education as the basic form of education.Thirdly,through the case study of the life experience and mother education of the three Yanshenggong wives of the Kong family,the paper presents the concrete education picture of mother education of the Kong family,highlighting the important influence of the Kong family mother education on the inheritance of the family tradition and learning.Finally,the paper summarizes the characteristics of mother education of the Kong family in Qufu in the Qing Dynasty,which are mainly manifested as teaching children and babies,being nursed right;attaching equal importance to morality and lesson,teaching by words and deeds;being strict and kind,being lenient and moderate,providing certain enlightenment for the implementation of contemporary mother education,such as: pay attention to enlightenment education,grasp the principle of moderation;pay attention to the combination of cultural knowledge and moral quality;pay attention to the word and behavior,playing a role model.
