A Study Of Screen Painting In Tang Dynasty From The Perspective Of Tang Poetry

TThe development of screen painting in the Tang Dynasty reached an unprecedented stage of prosperity,but few physical objects can be completely preserved,and there are a lot of dating doubts in handed down works.Tang poetry is a shining star in the history of Chinese literature,which is rich in content and covers a wide range.Influenced by painting art,poets in Tang Dynasty also began to pay attention to screen painting,and many excellent poems depicting screen painting emerged.The poetic aesthetic expression of the poet to the painting makes the aesthetic integration between the poetry and painting,and drives the poet to the painting spirit.This paper mainly uses the methods of philology,iconography,and comparative study to investigate the reasons for the development of Tang Dynasty screen painting,artistic style and aesthetic expression.Physical screen painting in the Tang Dynasty is mainly divided into silk screen painting and paper screen painting,showing the aesthetic characteristics of Tang screen painting and reflecting the changes of aesthetic taste in the development process of Tang screen painting.Through the analysis of the physical screen paintings of the Tang Dynasty and related tomb screen murals,to explore the screen content of the Tang Dynasty screen paintings.Then,from the perspective of Tang poetry,it re-interprets the specific situation of Tang screen painting in material selection,picture content and color application.Through Tang poetry,we can also realize the orientation of Tang painting in aesthetic taste,and feel the aesthetic standard and aesthetic concept of Tang poets.This paper hopes to further restore the real appearance of the Tang screen painting through the relevant content of depicting the screen painting in the Tang poetry,and show the elegance of the Tang art again through the appearance of the Tang screen painting.
