| In the long history of Chinese music,zheng music has been developing and evolving for more than two thousand years,and during this long history,generations of zheng musicians,with their love for this art,have continued to polish and refine it,both in terms of expression and performance style,enriching and perfecting the musical expression of the guzheng,and forming diversified musical styles,among which the Qin style is unique.In 2018,Mr.Feng Jiyong composer of the Xi’an Conservatory of Music,was commissioned by the Qin Zheng Society of Shaanxi Province to compose this guzheng repertoire in a traditional regional style with a contemporary feel-"Realm"for the group zheng(1).The thesis is structured around three main areas:introduction,text(three chapters)and conclusion.The introduction describes the origin of the subject matter,the current state of research on zither music,and the purpose and significance of the research.Chapter 1 of the main text provides a brief overview of the development of contemporary zheng repertoire,including an overview of the development of guzheng repertoire and an overview of some of the works of the Qin School of guzheng repertoire.The second chapter takes a new work for guzheng repertoire,"The Realm"for the group of zheng,as an example,and starts from the source of inspiration of the work,Wang Wei’s"Xin Yi Wu",to explore the Zen mood of the work,analyse its cultural connotation and analyse its musical structure.The third part is to explain the performance of this piece from the point of view of the writer’s acting experience.Conclusion part of the author elaborated in the process of exploring the work caused by the playing experience and perception. |
