| In the course of western music development,the turn of the 16 th and 17 th centuries was a very important period.This period is the period of transition from the Renaissance to Baroque in the history of music,and also the period of transition from polyphonic music style to homophonic music style,reflecting the transformation of western music from early to modern times.This cultural phenomenon of music style change was closely related to the city republic of Venice at that time,and the Venetian composer group bred in St.Mark’s Church made great contributions to it.This article will explore the relationship between music personnel and culture through a cultural social research paradigm,utilizing the research model of "urban music" in music history research,that is,using the city of Venice as a specific cultural environment and through case studies.And combine the ideas of music sociology and ethnomusicology to explore the factors influencing the transformation of music styles in Europe at the turn of the 16 th to 17 th centuries.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is to sort out the concept,research paradigm and research results of urban music,and summarize the ideas of the case study of Venice urban music.The second chapter,first of all,combs the geographical,political,economic,social and cultural changes of Venice throughout the16 th century.Secondly,under the specific social and cultural background of Venice,focus on St.Mark’s Church,the cultural field as the center of music creation,and summarize the "music" and "music people" of Venice music school.The third chapter takes the migration of the music creation center and the prosperity of the printing and publishing industry as the focus of "music events",and the fourth chapter explores the factors of music style transformation through the social identity of "musicians" and the relationship between "musicians" and sponsors as the core. |
