Anaysis On The Creation Of The Series Of “Northwest Journey”

The northwest region has special geographical features and scenery characteristics different from other regions in our country.In the long history,a plurality of national culture has been formed.The loess Plateau’s remote and ancient simplicity,the enthusiasm of the grassland,the dignified mystery of Tibetan culture and so on constitute a rich cultural collective in the northwest region.The series creation of Northwest Chronicles takes the landscapes of Northwest China seen during the investigation as painting materials,attempting to express the humanistic feelings generated by different landscapes and different ethnic groups in different landforms in Northwest China by means of recording expression.This paper analyzes and expounds the creation of the series of Northwest Chronicles through three chapters.First of all,a series of works titled Journey in Northwest China,which is created on the basis of learning the works of predecessors,takes the scenery seen during the exploration in Northwest China as the creation background,and refines and summarizes what was seen during the exploration in Northwest China by combining theory with practice.Secondly,from the conception of the picture,color,form beauty and other aspects of exploration,integration with the national culture of Northwest China,through the plane decorative language to show the unique style of Northwest China.Finally,with the help of painting to express emotions,the use of subjective painting language and color to express the northwest travel unique feelings and love for the northwest.From a personal point of view,I will find a suitable way of expression and incorporate my understanding of the Northwest region into the works.Through the depiction of the Loess Plateau scenery in the northwest region,I will feel the thick,simple and long history and culture of the yellow land.
