Investigation Report On Filing Of Yangzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives

Intangible cultural heritage is a form of traditional culture that exists in intangible form and is closely related to people’s life and has been passed down from generation to generation.As an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture,China’s Intangible cultural heritage needs systematic protection,inheritance and development.Strengthening the construction and management of Intangible cultural heritage archives is an important measure to protect and rescue intangible cultural heritage,inherit and carry forward national culture.There are many Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou.In order to strengthen the protection of Intangible cultural heritage,Yangzhou issued the Yangzhou Intangible cultural heritage Protection Regulations on November 29,2018,requiring relevant departments to establish Intangible cultural heritage archives.In order to understand the filing status of Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou City,this paper conducted a more in-depth investigation.This paper investigates the status quo of Intangible cultural heritage archives filing in Yangzhou City by means of literature research,field survey and interview.This paper focuses on Yangzhou Intangible cultural heritage archives filing work to investigate and study the status quo of Intangible cultural heritage archives filing work in Yangzhou.The survey results show that there are some achievements in the archival work of Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou:the archival work of Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou City is characterized by obvious diversification and rich forms of archival work,with official policies as guidance,rational use of science and technology,and attention to the use of relevant archives in the work process.At the same time,Yangzhou City also establishes archives for the inheritors of Intangible cultural heritage.However,there are also problems such as a lack of specialized archive management system,narrow scope of archive establishment,insufficient utilization of modern technology,and slight shortage of inheritor archives.Finally,based on the analysis of the survey results,the paper puts forward countermeasures,including:improving the file management system of Intangible cultural heritage,expanding the scope of filing,reasonably using modern technology and timely filing.The innovation of this paper is that when investigating the archiving work of Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou,it is not limited to the "working documents" generated in the work of Intangible cultural heritage,but expands the scope of archiving to the situation of each Intangible cultural heritage project itself and some Intangible cultural heritage publicity activities in Yangzhou,trying to collect and archive these resources through a systematic way.Through the investigation report,we can understand the current situation of the filing of Intangible cultural heritage in Yangzhou City,find its characteristics and problems,put forward countermeasures in time,and improve relevant work.
