Literary speech act theory is the application of speech act theory in the field of literary research, and then gradually entered the field of vision of literary theory and literary criticism. It has become one of the most important critical perspectives and theoretical resources affecting western literary theory since the 1970s.Since the 1980s,Derrida has further interpreted the speech act theory in his deconstruction theory, and formed a research perspective of literary speech act theory based on deconstruction. This is the first time that deconstructionism has tried to explore the relationship between literary discourse and philosophical discourse and the existence value of literature.Although it inherits Austin’s view of "acting with words" and enlightens Hillis Miller’s view of "writing with words",insufficient research has been carried out on Derrida’s contribution and theoretical bridge role in literary speech act theory so far. This paper attempts to take Derrida’s deconstruction "context" as the starting point and clue to explore Derrida’s ideological expression and the consistent narrative nature of literary speech act antirepresentation in text practice,as well as the political-ethical turn in Derrida’s later period. The main content of the thesis takes the context of essence theory-appreciation theoryfunction theory-value theory as the procedure, and is mainly divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly studies how Derrida liberated the literary language from the"context" in the traditional speech act theory, and demonstrated the continuous investigation of the dynamic role of the literary language subject in his theory, that is,the process from deconstructing Austin’s contextual determinism in the 1970s,putting forward the language subject theory, and emphasizing the violent potential of language in the 1990s.This chapter’s focus on this process has broken through the limitations of previous studies focusing on the Derrida-Austin controversy. It not only further explores the characteristics of "context" as the premise of literary narrative from a diachronic perspective, but also discusses the boundary of"context".From the perspective of linguistics,Derrida’s emancipation of context is also the discourse background for further interpretation of Derrida’s literary speech act theory. The second chapter explores Derrida’s further construction of "context" in literary speech act theory through text analysis and creative practice. The concepts of "otherness" and"extension" in this section are Derrida’s own theory, which attempts to explore the constructive utility of language power in literary texts. In terms of specific text practice,Derrida established the multiple space of text interpretation and interpretation and the axiom of why literary text is "literature" through the analysis of Kafka’s classic text "In front of the law".Different from the consistent emphasis on its deconstruction posture, this chapter focuses on the construction significance of Derrida’s literary speech act theory. The third chapter explores Derrida’s practice of observing social reality with literary speech act theory, and directly affects the political and ethical turn of his later theory.Derrida questioned the objectivity of the legal thinking advocated by Kant and Levinas with the independent nature of language, which inspired literature to be wary of the infinite spread of context. Therefore, issues like "commitment" and "hospitality" are not only the radiation from literature to ethics, but also the guidance of ethics to literature.Derrida did not defend the autonomy of "literary words and actions",nor did he regard the explicit "presence" as the authority. He has always made efforts only to speak for the edge that is covered by "context"or "language".The fourth chapter summarizes the significance and value of Derrida’s literary speech act theory. It not only serves as a bridge between the top and the bottom in the context of speech behavior theory, but also highlights the rich interpretation space and practical significance of literary texts.Literature acts, summons and creates in its special narrative way.The meaning it reveals will inevitably become a condition for philosophical thinking, and its fictional content will also play a social role in a specific historical moment.Literature is an act of conduct that includes universality and particularity. This paper not only attempts to confirm and explore Derrida’s "literary speech act theory"to supplement the academic research on it,but also deconstructs and reconstructs the important topic of "how literary language acts" by combing Derrida’s thinking on literary speech issues in the overlapping vision of linguistics, literary theory and ethics. However,it is worth noting that, like Derrida’s own style,Derrida’s literary speech act theory also has the mirror power of"capturing his response and betraying his presence".Therefore, this article has no expectation of pursuing the standard answer. The formulation of the question itself can be used as a guiding methodology. When talking about the text,it has already run through a kind of understanding of the work, that is,the theory has been opened or displayed at the level of epistemology. The researchers of literary theory should have come to the front of the overall situation of literature and formed the possibility of stating them;Only by constantly exploring the connotation of"question" rather than finding the answer to "a question" can we provide more broad interpretation space for the humanities.
