Chinese Ancient Poetry Art Song "More Tune Small Peach Red Lotus Girl" Singing Exploration

Chinese ancient poetry art songs are an important part of the treasure house of art songs in the world.Chinese ancient poetry has been baptized for thousands of years,and is still regarded as a treasure with enduring vitality today.The art songs of ancient poetry can not only continue to inherit the Chinese poetry culture,let us maintain cultural confidence,but also let people feel the soft and strong sense of music,express the charm of Chinese ancient poetry incisively and vividly.The young Chinese composer Ao Xiang created and composed an art song of ancient poetry in 2019 based on a poem written by Yang Guo,a famous poet in the Yuan Dynasty.It is an excellent work of new singing of ancient Ci.His works have unique creative ideas,and the music image and style illustrated in his music show the unique national character and profound cultural deposits of Chinese ancient poetry art songs,which is of high research value.This paper is divided into five parts for research and discussion.The first part is the preface;The second part is the definition of Chinese and foreign art songs and the concept of Chinese ancient poetry art songs are summarized;The third part is to clarify the development of Chinese ancient poetry and art songs;The fourth part is the appreciation and analysis of the lyrics and songs of the work "Yue Tone Little Peach Red · Lotus Picking Girl",respectively from the life of the songwriter,literary and musical characteristics of the works;The fifth part is to explore the emotional expression of this work and the treatment to be achieved in singing,that is,the reasonable use of breath,the rendition of the words in singing and the treatment of timbre.The author hopes that through this article let more people know about this new contemporary work,but also hope to bring some enlightenment to the vocal music learners.
