Research On The Performance Of Traditional Chinese Architectural Elements In Illustration Design

In terms of the history of pictorial development,the expressive significance of traditional Chinese architectural elements in illustration design is still alive and well.With the innovation of printing technology and the prosperity of the commercial economy in the early 20 th century,from architectural prints and boundary paintings to architectural ink and wash paintings and architectural decorative paintings to the gradual maturation of modern illustration art transformation and commercial dissemination,traditional architectural elements developed in a more systematic visual pattern and were applied to illustration design,making the "revitalisation" of traditional architectural elements The design expression phenomenon of "revitalisation" and commercialisation of communication co-exists.Based on traditional Chinese architectural elements,this subject analyses the characteristics of traditional architectural elements in illustration through the study of relevant ancient architectural illustrations and some ancient painting literature with contemporary awareness,in order to summarise the techniques of illustration art creation and enrich the aesthetic meaning of modern illustration art creation.Firstly,through the collation of literature,the concepts and theories of traditional Chinese architectural elements and illustration design are summarised and organised;secondly,the artistic relevance of architectural elements and illustration is explored,and the artistic uniqueness between the two is analysed.Finally,on the one hand,we explore the technical expression of traditional architectural elements in illustration,as well as their lines,colours and expressions in the picture,and on the other hand,we refine the "form" and "body" of architectural elements from the derivation of traditional architectural elements.On the other hand,we will also analyse the traditional architectural elements and their expressions and concepts,and analyse the traditional architectural illustration works,so as to experience the charming Chinese nationalised illustration forms.This project provides some ideas for the creation of traditional Chinese architectural illustrations,in order to expand the cultural awareness of the creation of illustrations on traditional Chinese cultural themes,to deepen the examination of traditional cultural themes,to strengthen the promotion of China’s excellent traditional culture,and to show the visual expression of Chinese illustration art "thick in the past and broad in the present".
