Research On The Collaborative Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Yuci District

Culture is not only a spiritual bond that gathers strength,an important support for promoting development,but also directly related to people’s well-being and all-round development of people.Without cultural prosperity,there will be no modern and powerful country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the development of public cultural services,and General Secretary Xi Jinping has placed the construction of a modern public cultural service system in an important development position.At present,rural public cultural services are still a shortcoming of the public cultural service system,and it is urgent to improve the level of public cultural services from the supply side.With the construction of a service-oriented government,the function of the government in the cultural field has shifted from management to governance.The theory of collaborative governance advocates that multiple subjects cooperate and govern together.The supply of rural public cultural services needs to be based on the theory of collaborative governance,so that multiple subjects can be provided collaboratively promote.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this thesis studies the supply of rural public cultural services in Yuci District.This thesis studies the supply path of rural public cultural services in Yuci District from the perspective of collaborative governance.Firstly,the research background and significance of the study are clarified,the domestic and foreign researches on rural public cultural services are summarized,and the research content and methods of this thesis,as well as possible innovations and deficiencies,are generally summarized.Secondly,it defines the related concepts of rural public cultural services,explains the basic connotation of the new public service theory and the collaborative governance theory,and explains the compatibility of the collaborative theory with the supply of public cultural services and the operation mode of the collaborative supply of rural public cultural services.Thirdly,from the practical level,taking the collaborative supply of rural public cultural services in Yuci District as the research object,through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to investigate the collaborative supply of rural public cultural services in Yuci District,to understand the achievements and existence of collaborative supply in Yuci District problem and analyze the cause of the problem.Finally,based on the constituent elements of the collaborative supply of rural public cultural services,this thesis proposes to realize the realization of rural public services in Yuci District from four aspects: enhancing the concept of collaborative supply,strengthening the guarantee of collaborative supply resources,constructing the main structure of collaborative supply with clear rights and responsibilities,and constructing the operation mechanism of collaborative supply.The collaborative supply path of the joint interaction of internal and external cultural services promotes the improvement of the quality of rural public cultural services.
