| In the first half of the 20th century, the communist movement swept over Eurasia. From the perspective of historical development, the Korean Communists are the pioneers in the East Asian national independence movement and the Communist movement, but their influence and effectiveness are,of course, not as great as the Chinese revolution led by the Communist Party of China. This paper intends to discuss the most representative organizations, including organizational change, revolutionary activities, relations with the Russian Communist Party, the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang of China, which occurred during the period when the Korean Communists went into exile in Russia and China. After Korea was colonized by Japan, the Korean revolutionary youth went into exile in Russia and China to engage in the anti-Japanese struggle.Influenced by the October Revolution in Russia and the 1919 Independence Movement of Korea, groups of Korean patriots accepted Marxism-Leninism and began to form communist organizations. Some of these organizations were established in Russia, some in China, and some in Korea.Influenced by the harsh reality that the Korean Peninsula was annexed by Japan, the Korean Communists inevitably combined the anti-Japanese restoration movement with the communist movement and centered on the former.Due to the ideas, thoughts and regional differences of the Korean Communists, the cooperation and integration of the various organizations faced numerous resistance and continuous internal strife, and it always failed to form a unified and united national political party, which was eventually dissolved by the Communist International. And its members joined the Communist Party of China as individuals eventually.China is the most important activity area of the Korean Communists and their organizations. In the tide of the Chinese revolution, the Korean Communists and Chinese revolutionaries participated in the National Revolution, the Agrarian Revolution, the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation. They regarded the Chinese revolution as the extension of the Korean revolution and made indelibly positive contributions to the Chinese revolution.Through participating in the Chinese revolution, the revolutionary thoughts and abilities of the Korean revolutionaries have been improved, accumulating rich experience and a large number of cadres and talents for the success of the Korean revolution.Based on different stages of the Chinese revolution, the relationship of the Korean Communist organizations with the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang of China was also different.During the Chinese revolution,Under the influence of Sun Yat-sent thought on Korean national independence and the Three Great Policies, the Korean communists became the members of the Communist Party of China or the Kuomintang of China, who also studied systematically in the field of military and politics in the revolutionary military schools and cadre schools founded by Sun Yat-sen.Overall,there was no direct link between the Kuomintang of China and the Korean communist organization. The Communist Party of China had the reciprocal and horizontal relationship with the Korean Communist organizations. And the Communist Party of China, with the enthusiastic attitude, supported the revolutionary cause of Korean communists and organizations, especially in the anti-Japanese activities in the northeast China. But after the Communist International made the "one country, one party" resolution, the Communist Party of China accepted Korean comrades to join the organization as individuals after the strict censorship. In particular, this paper intends to note the fact that Korean communists join the Communist Party does not mean that Korean Communists or organizations "integrate" into the Communist Party of China. The Communist Party of China has always pursued a policy of respect, equality, care and care for Korean comrades, help them as much as possible in grassroots organizations. The Communist Party of China tried to make centralized arrangements for Korean comrades, helped Korean comrades rebuild the Korean Communist Party without the so-called big-party style;the Communist Party of China fully respected the relative independence of the Korea Independence Alliance and the Korean Volunteers to supported and encouraged these two united front organizations composed of Korean comrades to carry out their work independently. The Korean comrades accepted the leadership of the Communist Party of China and completed the tasks assigned by the Communist Party of China. However, they still had independent thoughts from the perspective of national consciousness. After the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, with the joint efforts of the " Yan’ an Party" and " Northeast Anti-Japanese Party" as the main body, the Communist Party of Korea, which was renamed the Workers’ Party of Korea later, was reborn. Then, the Korean people finally had a united, strong Marxist-Leninist party, and the history of Korea entered a new era. |
