Research On The Localization Of Mystery Film

Due to its internal fitness to human’s native sensitive thinking track—“causal logic”,reasoning film has been always favored by audience all over the world.Reasoning film,a mature type in foreign country,has been developed rapidly in recent years.Director Chen Sicheng breaks the suspect reasoning film,integrates the famous reasoning film with comedy film and achieves great success.The integration of local culture and reasoning films provides a new idea for the fabrication of domestic reasoning films.Based on Detective Chinatown,this paper analyzes the gains and losses of reasoning film localization,which provides reference for the development of domestic reasoning film.The first chapter expounds the different characteristics of reasoning culture in different stages in different countries and its cultural origins.It compares the relation of reasoning novel,film and culture as well as the relation of reasoning film localization factor and the relation of localization and actual context.The second chapter is localization presentation of Detective Chinatown.It develops from role construction,local element,narrative structure and symbol construction.It analyzes localization of Detective Chinatown from four aspects,such as post-colonialism critical theory in film & television aesthetics,film semiotics theory,etc.The third chapter modifies the localization of the same reasoning film by three countries,i.e.,China,Japan and South Korea,showing the culture origins of different countries.At the same time,it compares the thinking of reasoning in relevant domestic reasoning films and eventually proposes the localization suggestions to Chinese reasoning films,which provides reference for the development of Chinese reasoning films in the future.
