"Yanhebao Bronze axe" is a representative artifact unique to the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period in the Sichuan-Chongqing region of my country, which is of great significance for further explaining the distinctive Bashu bronze culture. This paper takes 19 copper tombs unearthed from the Warring States tombs in Wuli Village,Qingbaijiang District,Chengdu,Sichuan as the research objects. After classifying them,a series of experiments such as casting molding process analysis, metallographic observation, alloy ratio analysis, and lead isotope ratio analysis are carried out.The results of the study found:From the point of view of the casting method, this batch of copper axes are all cast with double-sided molds, and there is the possibility of using stone molds.Through the X-ray non-destructive testing system,it is found that the internal cavity has various shapes, and it is observed that the M223 copper axes are on the There are traces of the use of gaskets.Based on this,it is speculated that the core fixing method of this batch of copper axes is mainly fixed by the core head, and only one piece is assisted by gaskets. In addition,an engraved symbol was found on the horn of the M217 copper axe. From the production process, this batch of copper axes is mainly composed of copper-tin binary alloys, but all contain a small amount of lead, and the alloy composition is relatively stable;there are processes such as heat treatment, hot forging and cold working after casting;through comparative research, its There are many similarities with the alloy ratio of the tools unearthed in the Bashu area, and the alloy ratio of the copper axe unearthed in the Three Gorges area is more similar, but there are differences with the Yanyuan area;main. From the perspective of the source of the ore material, the analysis of the lead isotope ratio shows that this batch of copper axes are all common lead ore sources, and the copper-lead mixed ore and lead ore should have multiple sources of ore material or remelting phenomenon, and the age of the instrument is related to the mine. There is no necessary connection between the use of materials;through comparative research, there are differences in the use of mineral resources between Ba and Shu style tools and utensils, and the lead-zinc polymetallic metallogenic areas at the junction of Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou in the southwest of the Yangtze Platform and the Chu area are different. Some of the mining and metallurgical remains overlap, and it is believed that the source of ore materials may come from the Chengdu Plain and there is a certain exchange of ore materials with the Chu region along the Yangtze River.
