Research On The Creative Language Of Modern Ceramics Incorporating Natural Element

In the early 1980 s,modern ceramicists led by Taiwanese ceramicist Mr.Li Maozong and Chinese-American Mr.Xu Yiqi introduced the Western "new concept of pottery" into China,which greatly promoted the "modernity" exploration of Chinese ceramics in the ceramics community and opened a new chapter in China’s modern ceramics.Modern ceramic art is not only the abbreviation of modern ceramic art,which also contains a new spiritual connotation and aesthetic orientation,the inspiration for any artistic creation comes from nature,human beings from the beginning of aesthetic awareness,the development of today’s ceramic creation,the integration of natural elements of ceramic works abound,natural elements in the creation of modern ceramics has always played an important role.Influenced by social environment,education,science and technology and other factors,the performance of natural elements by ceramicists has gradually diversified in terms of theme,concept and form,opening up a "new realm" of modern ceramics.This article takes the development of modern pottery as the background and takes modern pottery works that incorporate natural elements as the research object.First of all,the general summary of natural elements is summarized,and the definition,classification and application of natural elements are elaborated;secondly,the importance of natural elements in pottery creation is clarified through the analysis of traditional and modern,foreign and domestic ceramic works;through the influence of different aesthetic concepts,education,social environment,scientific and technological application and the individual attributes of artists,it is recognized that the diverse modern ceramic works show the different understandings of natural elements by artists;finally,By summarizing and summarizing the performance of pottery creation that integrates natural elements in terms of themes,materials,shapes and decorations,it has a new cognition and understanding of the future development direction of modern ceramics,and also has an important impact on individual creation.Exploring the modern ceramic creation language that integrates natural elements is of great significance to the re-development of Chinese ceramic art culture and enhance the self-confidence of Chinese national culture.
