Intertwined Of Temperature-a Study On The Contemporary Translation Of Materials And Ideas In Fiber Art

With the continuous progress of science and technology,fiber art is gradually mature due to the diversification of material selection and visual presentation technology,and its expression form and substantive connotation are constantly enriched.The traditional natural fiber is endowed with a new life after being translated by modern technology.Artists are no longer limited to using a single fiber material in their artistic creation,thus broadening the range of material selection.Its essence is the change of artists’ creative ideas,thus innovating the selection of materials and the application of techniques.Material and concept,as two major elements promoting the development of art,are interwoven and permeated with each other,mainly reflected in: material is the medium of concept expression,concept needs to rely on material presentation,so exploring the relationship between material and concept will effectively promote the development of fiber art.This article from the "material" and "concept" two angles,the expression of material and the concept of diversification in the fiber art translates an in-depth study and explore the development process of fiber art expression,and put forward the "development of fiber art interactive weaving" innovation point of view,in order to provide a new theoretical perspective for the development of fiber art.The first part of this paper is to sort out the research background,domestic and foreign research status,and find the shortcomings of current research;Make clear the research purpose,put forward the innovation point,and lay a good foundation for further study of fiber art.The second part is about the history of root fiber art,exploring the historical development of fiber art from two aspects of materials and technology,and summarizing the material and technical characteristics of fiber art.The third part takes "concept" as the breakthrough point,analyzes "how modern and contemporary art trends affect the transformation of fiber artists’ creative ideas",and then analyzes the evolution relationship between the process of fiber art forms and artistic trends,and summarizes how the "contemporary" art concepts in fiber art are constructed.Used the fourth part is case analysis method analysis of material and the concept of diversification in the fiber art translational expression,from the material,the concept,form,form various angles in this paper,the fiber art to diversified translation performance,and to explore the value of diversified translation,the key argument is not the material itself constitutes the core of art,but material deeper,The material is endowed with spiritual connotation by human initiative.Fifth part used in analysis of interdisciplinary study the new development trend of contemporary fiber art,through the analysis of nearly 20 years of fiber art,summed up the fiber art of crossover,expressive space,the characteristics of public participation,to elucidate the contemporary fiber art multidimensional sense to the audience and the significance of symbiosis with multidisciplinary crossover.Based on the analysis and summary of a large number of fiber art works,this paper puts forward that fiber art is a kind of art full of "temperature",discusses the value of care contained in fiber art combined with the theory of care,and prospects the interactive weaving in contemporary fiber art.Fully understanding and grasping the contemporariness of fiber art and exploring the pluralistic expression of materials and concepts in fiber art are conducive to correctly understanding the value of pluralistic translation of fiber art.Contemporary fiber art is infinitely open,so it still needs our continuous attention and exploration.
