Johannes Brahms(1833-1897)was one of the main representatives of the romantic period in the 19 th century.He was a famous German musician,composer and pianist with four piano pieces Op.119 is the last piano works of Brahms writing career,which fully embodies the creation characteristics of Brahms integration of classical and romantic,has the very high artistic value,but also reflects the Brahms image of the heart.This paper mainly divided into three chapters to four Brahms piano opusculum Op.119 were analysed.First of all,the life of Brahms and the creation background of this work are described.Secondly,the music text of this work is analyzed from three aspects of musical structure,harmony language and melody characteristics.Finally,combining with the author’s own practice and performance experience,touch the keys and timbre from melody color Pedal and speed and strength four aspects to explore the performance interpretation of this work,hoping to provide some theoretical basis and performance skills for later researchers and players.
