Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy is a Jewish-German composer,conductor and pianist,one of the representative figures of the romanticism prosperous era,and his works have the characteristics of poetry,freshness and elegance.Mendelssohn produced many excellent works during his limited lifespan,and this paper takes one of his masterpieces of the chamber music genre,the Piano Trio in D minor Op.49,as an example.This work is a highly representative chamber work in terms of music and writing techniques,both respecting classical writing standards and making music full of romanticism,ingeniously combining romanticism and classicalism.This paper uses this work as an object of study,and begins with a brief introduction to the composer,genre and background of the work.This is followed by a structural analysis of the whole work through specific analysis of the work structure,tonal style and features and musical characteristics.Based on an understanding of the composer’s intentions,the performance style of this work is studied and explained on a practice-based basis.The whole paper consists of an introduction,three chapters and a conclusion.The introduction contains the content of the analysis and research of this paper,and the significance of the selected topic.The first chapter provides an introduction to the composer’s composition life and to the development of chamber music and the context of the work;the second chapter presents a musical analysis of the four movements of the Piano Trio in D minor,Op.49.;The third chapter is the focus of this paper,writer briefly analyzes the performance techniques of the cello voice type and the coordination between the various voices in terms of the composer’s intention and emotional expressions,combining his own performance experience.The conclusion provides a brief summary of each chapter. |
