The Northern Wei Dynasty was the political power established by Tuoba, the leader of Tuoba tribe of Xianbei ethnic group. The battle of Feishui brought the former Qin Dynasty down.In 386 ad,Tuoba claimed to be the king on behalf of niuchuan, rebuilt the country on behalf of the king, and set the capital Shengle(now Helinger,Inner Mongolia). In 398,he moved the capital to Pingcheng(now Datong,Shanxi)and took it as the new national ruling center. As a nomadic civilization, the Northern Wei Dynasty unified the north. In order to consolidate their rule, they learned from the more advanced Central Plains Civilization and realized their own leap forward development through the Sinicization reform.Such a special political system is bound to change with the development of history and the understanding of the rulers of the Northern Wei Dynasty on their own political power. The spontaneous social change of Xianbei ethnic group came into being. The reform of Taihe made great changes in the Northern Wei Dynasty, and Emperor Xiaowen became the peak of the development of the Northern Wei Dynasty. This paper focuses on the inner court struggle of emperor Xiaoming,in order to explore the impact of the inner court change of Emperor Xiaowen on the court situation, and reveal the essence of the political struggle of Emperor Xiaowen and its impact on the society. This paper is divided into four chapters:The first is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research trends and research methods of this paper. The first chapter is the Political Bureau of the Northern Wei Dynasty before and after the succession of emperor Xiaoming. It mainly introduces the development of the Political Bureau of the Northern Wei Dynasty during the reign of emperor Xuanwu. As a minority regime, the Northern Wei Dynasty was based on the supremacy of tribal system.Although emperor Daowu and emperor yuan of the Ming Dynasty tried their best to put the Northern Wei Dynasty on the road of feudalization from the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it was not until Emperor Xiaowen that the feudalization process of the Northern Wei Dynasty was basically completed. The ruling malpractice in the long development process of the Northern Wei Dynasty, with the weakening of the ruling power in the period of emperor Xiaoming, its domestic contradictions completely broke out.The second chapter is about the system of Empress Dowager Hu and the corruption of the Political Bureau of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It mainly introduces that empress dowager Hu,a woman with strong ink and color in the history of the Northern Wei Dynasty, has vigorous vitality and strong ambition, which makes her survive from the system of setting up a son and killing her mother, and ascended to the peak of power by strictly controlling her son,Emperor Xiaoming. In the early stage,Empress Dowager Hu’s ruling was positive and beneficial to the development of the Northern Wei Dynasty, but in the later stage, after the yuan fork and Liu Teng coup, her desire for power began to distort.Later, due to her belief in Buddhism, overhaul of Buddhist temples and extravagance, the people suffered unspeakably. The occurrence of the rebellion in the six towns made the turbulence of the Northern Wei Dynasty more serious. After the emperor Hu grew up,the main struggle with the emperor of the Ming Dynasty and the emperor of the Ming Dynasty became the third chapter of filial piety, which finally led to the complete separation of the party from the emperor of the Ming Dynasty. The fourth chapter is the overturning of the political situation in the late Northern Wei Dynasty and the decline of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It mainly introduces the process of Heyin change and its bad influence on the political situation of the Northern Wei Dynasty.During the rebellion in the six towns, erzhurong military group took advantage of the situation and supported emperor Xiaozhuang as a puppet. After emperor Xiaozhuang succeeded to the throne,er zhurong always manipulated the court of the Northern Wei Dynasty, and it was difficult to assert imperial power.Emperor Xiaozhuang killed Er zhurong, and ER Zhuzhao set up troops to completely subvert the Xiaozhuang regime. The frequent change of imperial power finally led to the division of the Northern Wei Dynasty.
