Research On The Language Of Government Portal Website From The Perspective Of Ecolinguistics

In the e-government era of "fingertip" politics,government departments put people first and serve the people through extensive new media channels.As one of the new media forms of government affairs,the government portal website has become an important platform for governments at all levels to disclose information,serve the public and share resources.At the same time,it is also responsible for publicizing and displaying the regional image to the public.The government portal website is one of the new media of government affairs,and the language of the government portal website is the text and non-text language used on the government portal website.This paper takes the language of the government portal website of Zhejiang Province as the main research object,analyzes the ecological and non-ecological status of its language from the perspective of ecolinguistics,and puts forward counter-measure for non-ecological language phenomena.The full text is divided into six parts:The introduction introduces the research background,research status,research objects,significance and research methods.The research status includes language ecology and government portal websites.The first chapter studies the characteristics of the government portal website and its language.The first section briefly introduces the government portal website.The second section analyzes the characteristics of the government portal website such as authority,timeliness,universality and convenience,and gives examples.The third section analyzes the characteristics of government portal website language by case,and concludes that it has the characteristics of diversity,integration,solemnity and order.The second chapter analyzes the interaction between language ecology and government portal websites.On the one hand,the language ecology restricts the language of government portal websites,which mainly shows that the two factors,namely,free environment and self-made environment,form a joint force,and stipulate the norms and characteristics of the language of government portal websites at all levels;On the other hand,the government portal website will also have an effect on language ecology,which is reflected in both time and space and function.The third chapter first points out the non-ecological phenomena in the government portal discourse,which are manifested in four aspects: improper use of multimodal discourse means,nonstandard language use,information release to be improved,and ideological construction to be improved,and then analyzes the causes of these non-ecological phenomena.The fourth chapter puts forward practical development strategies in order to build a harmonious discourse ecology of government portal websites.At the government level,it is necessary to clearly define the position and build the government image;Recruit specialists and build professional teams;There are laws to follow,and laws and policies are promulgated.At the Commissioner level,members should maintain stability,constantly improve their language skills and enhance their service awareness.As far as users are concerned,they should improve their cultural level,enhance their political awareness and participate in website construction.The conclusion part summarizes the full text.
