New Understanding And Reference To The Lunar New Year Pictures

The birth and development of lunar New Year pictures are inseparable from traditional Chinese New Year pictures.Influenced by Western ideas,Chinese painters began to dare to innovate and boldly combine traditional New Year pictures with Western paintings.As the result of the collision between China and the West,the Lunar New Year pictures present unique art forms and have different values in different historical periods.Nowadays,the lunar New Year pictures gradually disappear from people’s view,but undeniably it has a very high reference value for the study of painting,design,commercial advertising and other aspects.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter briefly describes the background,concept and artistic characteristics of the lunar New Year pictures.Chapter two analyzes the changes of lunar New Year pictures during the New Year Pictures movement.The third chapter classifies and interprets the value of lunar New Year pictures in art and society,explores and explores new thinking and new direction of lunar New Year pictures,and on this basis re-understand their artistic taste.The fourth chapter applies the inspiration obtained from the artistic value of the Lunar New Year pictures to study and creation.In the creation,the elements of the Lunar New Year pictures are appropriately selected and used for reference,so as to learn their essence,enrich the painting language as much as possible,diversify the forms of expression,and find new ideas for creation.
